GreenGram Mixed Vegetable mixed Aviyal
This is a traditional based healthy recipe.Its my version of making the recipe more healthy and tasty and delicious.Its a traditional aviyal based recipe some veg mixed curries.Mostly we mix Naatu vegetables here i mixed Beans,Carrot,Green gram,Channa Dhal in addition you can add more variety of vegetables.As its a first try i selected few veggies here.Now coming to the recipe
Ingredients:
Beans,Carrot finely chopped -1.5 cup(You can add many vegetables as per your wish)
Greengram soak in hot water for 10mins-1 cup
Channa dhal soak in hot water for 10 mins-1/2cup
you can add green peas,butterbeans and all local veggies
For Grinding :
Ginger-2 piece
Garlic-7 piece
Cashew nut-7
Cinnamon-1 piece
Coconut-4 big piece
Green chilly-2 to 4 depending on your spicyness that you intake
Cumin seeds-2 teaspoon
Omam-1/2 teaspoon
For sauting :
Chopped onion-1/2 cup
Tomato-1 big size finely chopped
Procedure :
1.Take a kadai or pressure cooker.Boil or cook the veggies,channa dhal and green gram with little quantity salt for 1-2 whistle.
If you use big pot or kadai let it cook well 85% atlleast.Dont add more water for cooking veggies
2.In the mean time grind the paste which i mentioned above for grinding.Keep it aside.Add water to it and make it as paste
3.Now Take a kadai add Coconut oil - 3 teaspoon when it heated add mustard when it splittered add curry leaves and cooked vegetables with required salt to it.
Saute for a minute and mix the grinded paste let the raw smell goes well.So wait for 2mins.Switch of the stove.
4.Now take a transfer bowl add curd to it.Then finally add the veggies mix to it,Stirrer well check for the salt.Mix everything and stirrer well
5.Take small kadai add coconut oil then add mustard and curry leaves and transfer this mix in that in mix greengram veggies aviyal
