Besan Bread Toast

Besan Bread Toast

Today I tried a tasty simple recipe Besan Bread Toast.it came out well.This recipe was shared by my friend prithivi.thanks to her for sharing this instant recipe.even a bachelor can do this recipe that much easy task.it will take only 5 minutes when all ingredients are  ready.here we go



Ingredients:
Bread - 4
For the batter:
Besan flour - 1 cup
Finley chopped onions - 1 cup
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Chopped green chilli - 3
Salt to taste
Water
Oil/Ghee to toast
  tomatoes (optional)
Capsicum(optional)
Grated Carrot(optional)

Procedure:

1. Mix all the above ingredients except the bread to
form a thin batter.

2. Dip each bread piece in that batter.

3. Heat the tawa, spread oil and toast both sides
till light brown.While roasting press the bread
slices so that all sides are cooked properly.

4. Cut each bread pieces into half diagonally.

5. Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutnies.mostly I can say no side dish needed for it.even u can add chaat masala or pepper chilly powder or karimasala for a flavor on the top of the roast during serving.

Mushroom Paneer Kothu Parota



An easy tasty recipe and fast recipe too if all the ingredients are ready on your kitchen cabin.This is for 3people consistency.

Chopped mushroom and chop paneer as cube 1 cup each

Chopped onion 1cup

Chopped Capsicum green or all three color capsicum -1 or 2 up to ur choice

 you tear parota according to your kothu size

Chopped Tomato 1 or 2 if u add tomato sauce otherwise

3-4 tomato if no sauce means
Tangy is up to ur taste

Sambar powder,kulambu milagĂ i thool ,chilly powder,pepper powder, Chaat masala ,Salt and oil according to ur level

Take a dosa pan add butter or ghee or refined oil and add panneer small cubes first and add oil if when it start to stick on pan means .when it turns light brown add mushroom and oil.

Add little salt,sambar thool,aachi kulambu milagaai thool ,chilly powder in small amount that's half teaspoon.

In another kadai add oil onion,pinch of sugar and salt and capsicumm.you can add slittered green chilly also here 1-2

After 3mins mix the paneer  mushroom masala in onion capsicum gravy.add salt lightly all powders that i mentioned already other than pepper.


Tomato and tomato sauce and mix everything.

It has to be littlebit spicy, tangy because parota is tasteless this masal only gives flavor for parota

In kadai add oil and roast the parota if its a readymade parota means.then off the stove and mix the masal in that heat and add little pepper powder.

This recipe will be a 10 mins recipe if all ingredients are ready means.some people like half cooked mushroom panner means it will ready in 3-5mins.Dont over cook u can taste as half Cooked if u want a crunchy taste

Then your tasty kothu parota ready

Bread Egg Podimaasu


An easy ,tasty and yummy recipe.it take very few minutes to cook.Here we go


ingredients:(for two people)

Bread - 5-6 pieces .chop or cut into small sized squares

Egg-3-4 break it and beat it well with salt and pepper

Onion-2 medium size.the more onion you add gives more flavor and taste.Dont forget

Green chilly- 1-2 slitted .its up to your spicyness you can add

Mustard-1 teaspoon

Oil

Salt,pepper



Procedure:

Take a pan add oil when its heated add mustard and wait till it spluttered

Now add onion ,capsicum(optional) with pinch of salt and green chilly .

When onion becomes transparent and raw taste gone add the beaten egg with little oil.

Allow it to be half cooked add salt and pepper mix it after half cooked.

In this stage add the chopped bread squares and stirer well and allow to cook for 30 seconds and stored well.

Off the stove and stirer bread by lightly mashing in the egg podimaas.

So bread size is reduced and it's rigid nature become soft and yummy.

So your tasty Bread Egg podimaasu ready.its an energetic food to give you more stamina.Try it and feedback me.

Grated Carrot capsicum curry

People who are in diet and health consious can try this recipe


Grated Carrot Capsicum curry

grated carrot 1 cup(2-4 big size carrot)
Chopped capsicum 1 cup
Chopped onion 1 cup
slitted Green chilly one or more up to ur spicyness

Take a Pan add little oil put mustard after it spluttered add urad dhal.

Then add onion with a pinch of sugar shallow fry it.

Add capsicum followed by it fry for 1 to 2 minute and then add carrot and salt.

mix it well close the lid allow it to cook for two minutes if u need crunchy taste half cooked

Otherwise u can cook for 5 minutes to completely cook.


thatsal ur healthy carrot curry ready.It suits for Plain rice,Roti,Bread

Dont need to add coconut as its healthy conscious food
