Masala French Fries

Normal french fries seems to be boring so we want a spicy crunchy snacks we can have a try this recipe which is simple one anyone can try this easily as all is available in kitchen




  • Chop the potato into french fries shape
  • Add salt as required
  • Corn flour 1 teaspoon
  • Gram flour 2 tea spoon
  • Maida all purpose flour 2 teaspoon


Masala powders


  • Chilli powder 1 to 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder a pinch
  • Chicken 65 powder 2 teaspoon


Take a bowl add the flour one by one like this



Then masala powder one by one and salt


wash the french fries in cold water and squeeze the water it can have little water in it no issues



Now mix it as dry dont add water when u start to mix wear gloves if your hands may get irritate by masala


When the masala mixed on potato it may stick on our hands so lightly sprinke a teaspoon of water thats enough and spread masala well.
if you think masala and flavor mild add a teaspoon of maida and chilli powder again


In this mean time pre heat the oil  on kadaai and when its ready keep in low flame and deep fry it as its french fries it has to be taken correctly if you make to deep fry for more minutes so it will be converted as potato chips


Fry it well and dont over cook for french fries

so your tasty spicy french fries ready




you can try the same with a bajji mix and manchurian mix together along with fennel seeds ,chopped curry leaves so it taste different too so it will look like this i wont add maida to this just two mix only i mixed with little gram flour
