Besan Bread Toast

Besan Bread Toast

Today I tried a tasty simple recipe Besan Bread Toast.it came out well.This recipe was shared by my friend prithivi.thanks to her for sharing this instant recipe.even a bachelor can do this recipe that much easy task.it will take only 5 minutes when all ingredients are  ready.here we go



Ingredients:
Bread - 4
For the batter:
Besan flour - 1 cup
Finley chopped onions - 1 cup
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Chopped green chilli - 3
Salt to taste
Water
Oil/Ghee to toast
  tomatoes (optional)
Capsicum(optional)
Grated Carrot(optional)

Procedure:

1. Mix all the above ingredients except the bread to
form a thin batter.

2. Dip each bread piece in that batter.

3. Heat the tawa, spread oil and toast both sides
till light brown.While roasting press the bread
slices so that all sides are cooked properly.

4. Cut each bread pieces into half diagonally.

5. Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutnies.mostly I can say no side dish needed for it.even u can add chaat masala or pepper chilly powder or karimasala for a flavor on the top of the roast during serving.
