Bread Egg Podimaasu


An easy ,tasty and yummy recipe.it take very few minutes to cook.Here we go


ingredients:(for two people)

Bread - 5-6 pieces .chop or cut into small sized squares

Egg-3-4 break it and beat it well with salt and pepper

Onion-2 medium size.the more onion you add gives more flavor and taste.Dont forget

Green chilly- 1-2 slitted .its up to your spicyness you can add

Mustard-1 teaspoon

Oil

Salt,pepper



Procedure:

Take a pan add oil when its heated add mustard and wait till it spluttered

Now add onion ,capsicum(optional) with pinch of salt and green chilly .

When onion becomes transparent and raw taste gone add the beaten egg with little oil.

Allow it to be half cooked add salt and pepper mix it after half cooked.

In this stage add the chopped bread squares and stirer well and allow to cook for 30 seconds and stored well.

Off the stove and stirer bread by lightly mashing in the egg podimaas.

So bread size is reduced and it's rigid nature become soft and yummy.

So your tasty Bread Egg podimaasu ready.its an energetic food to give you more stamina.Try it and feedback me.
