Pista ice cream

Hi friends

       Recently I tried Pista flavored ice cream for my kid birthday which was specially made.It's an easy recipe only we need some patience as it has to set in proper consistency and perfect fluffy creamy as it need to be referigerated.

So to surprise your family you can try this instant ice cream recipe

The ingredients here as follows

1 or 2 cup  Pista powder or else complan pista kesar mix powder

2 cups of milk powder

Icing sugar or normal sugar

Milk 500ml to 1- litre

Butter 2-3 teaspoon

Condensed milk (optional)

Corn flour 2 teaspoon

Broken or finely chopped pista

Procedure :


Take Big pan or kadaai or sauce pan.

Take a mixing Bowl Add pista mix,milk powder ,sugar,butter,condensed milk ,sugar and Milk

Dilute the corn flour with a table spoon of water.

Stirrer well or use beater .When the foams started to come .Transfer to the Boiling pan.

Let it boil well,add roasted pista or plain pista and it has to get little bit thick in  this stage add the diluted corn flour to get thick consistency.Boil for 15-20 minutes.

 let it cool or come to room temperature then transfer to the storing container.

Take a bigger container or else a good strong  plastic cover.Spread salt and ice cubes and keep the container inside the box or else inside the cover.

Then store in freezer let it set for one hour or else wait till it has to set.

Then it's ready to serve.Garnish with sprinklers or gems if you want.So your tasty instant pista ice cream will be ready.
