Masala Cabbage Mixed Sprouts French Toast


This is a best evening snack you can have along with coffee or tea.Thats a healthy spicy tasty snack everyone loves to have it.Sprouts are rich in More fiber content and easily digest to kids and adults.Aged people can have in a limited level
It helps for weight loss if eat in a limited quantity as a plain mixed sprouts and controls high blood pressure not only that controls cholesterol



Now we are going to spice up by adding mirchi to taste it good with a differnt taste to it

For this what you''ll need is

Cooked Mixed Sprouts - [1 Cup ]
Medium size or 10 Small Onion- [1 Cup]  finely chopped
Greenchilly - [1 or 2 ] finely chopped(optional)Skip if you are giving to kids
Voilet or green or White Cabbage  grated or finely chopped[ 1/2 cup ]
Grated Carrot [1/2 cup] (optional)

For Mixing:

Egg -[2 or 3 or 4 ]
Pepper powder [1/2] teaspoon
Chilly Powder[1 or 2 teaspoon] spicyness Reduce the spicyness if given for kids
Milk [1 table spoon]
Salt

Procedure:

Take Mixed sprouts



Take a mixing bowl  Break the eggs,milk ,add chilli powder,pepper powder,salt









Then Chop purple or white or green cabbage,onion,green,chilly,garlic,(opional),ginger(opional),curry leaves,coriander leaves,garlic even u can add spinach or palak also to make it more healthy







Beat well with a spoon or fork with a beater

Now take another small bowl pour little amount of  beaten egg in that bowl

Now add chopped veggies and sprouts on  the beaten egg mixture




 Take a bread piece slice like this and dip in the mix well.Coat it well





Toast it well on dosa pan and let it cook on both sides.












Then your tasty healthy mixed sprouts will be ready .Try it and feedback me.

Serve with chat powder as mild garnish or serve with butter coated for kids .
