Ingredients:
Roasted Rava - 1 cup
Thick curd - 1 cup
Water - 1 1/2 cup
Pinch of soda salt.
Any left over veg curries (or )Chopped Carrot,beans
Procedure:
Procedure:
Mix everything together. The consistency is as same as idli batter.
Season it with:
Mustard seeds, Urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, grated ginger, grated carrot and chopped green chillies and the veggies.
Add it to the batter and make idlis.
